Restrictions
None of the properties at Online Land Sales are very restricted. There are covenants on many of the properties, designed to maintain the natural beauty and economic value of the land. If there are covenants on the property you are interested in, you will see a link to them on the listing. You will also see the covenants again printed in your contract, if you buy, and also at your subdivision’s private social network, that all customers are invited to join.
