Cold Weather

Surviving through extremely cold weathers off-the-grid is challenging. Join Brian this morning for daily motivational and technical training for off-the-grid living as he sheds some light on the gravity of cold weather, and how we can prepare for it.

Summers in the United States in an off-the-grid setting is bearable. You can strip out of the clothes, go for a dip in the lake, or simply walk out in open, green spaces to get maximum ventilation. Winters, however, make it tough for people with an off-the-grid lifestyle to make it through when the temperature drops to zero. No heaters, no thick cemented walls, and no doctors nearby to treat you in case you get ill.

How does the cold impact people living off-the-grid? How dangerous is it? What are the risks involved? And therefore, how can we prepare against it? In this podcast episode, you are going to learn something new for your off-the-grid lifestyle that would motivate you to think about it, work for it, and prepare the best that you can.
