What about Property Taxes?

Most Online Land Sales lots have low property taxes, contributing to the low overall cost of ownership.

1. Online Land Sales pays the property tax on each lot, when due.

2. The property tax amount is added to the customer’s account balance.

3. The customer reimburses Online Land Sales for the property tax 30 days later, or with the next monthly payment.

4. This continues while the lot is under contract with Online Land Sales. After payoff, the tax is billed directly to the customer by the county.
