Online Land Sales Launches New Online Loan Management Portal

Online Land Sales, LLC (OLS) is introducing a new online loan management portal on Monday, October 26, giving customers a more convenient way to manage their seller-financed land loans.
The new portal, powered by Terra Notes, allows customers to view their loans, review payment history, make payments, manage payment methods, and establish automatic recurring payments when needed.
What Customers Need to Know
Your loan stays the same. The transition does not change your monthly payment amount, payment due date, property, or contract terms. Customers who have paid ahead will retain their paid-ahead status, and historical payment records are preserved.

First-time users should follow the instructions in their Terra Notes emails. Customers will receive a welcome email, a separate temporary-password email, and a loan notification email for each loan. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see these messages.
What About Automatic Payments?
Most customers with existing automatic payments arranged directly through OLS will not need to make any changes. Those payments will continue through the existing payment processors.
Some customers whose recurring payments were established directly through the previous online loan management portal will need to set them up again in Terra. OLS will notify those customers with specific instructions and deadlines. Please do not create a second recurring payment arrangement unless OLS has instructed you to do so.
Customers who prefer to make payments individually can continue to use the OLS payment page or log in to Terra Notes.
