Literally have been going back in forth with myself about if I should purchase land with this company, read reviews etc just so nervous. So this morning I woke up and just jumped! Hoping to have a great experience. Will come back and update once the ball gets to rolling

6/2/2025 UPDATE: went to pay on my land for this month and it is saying page not found. Once I went in a different way to check on status of things it is now saying status Unfulfilled. I don't know what going on I paid my first month went to pay this month sadly I may have been scammed

Let me be the first to say this company us real! I thought this freakin thing was too good to be tru.... I bought 5 plots totaling 80 acres and I check with all city and county zoning boards.....not only were the rules super lax and almost non existent.... but they actually are letting me build on every parcel (insane) !!!!! This is secretly the best website for land ..... I'm dead serious

Just bought some land today. Even if it is no good I am happy for an opportunity yknow? I work at a mc donalds people there normally can't buy anything! I'll try it out and update my review when I am done paying it off. Update: I called the county assesor as well and they could not find the parcel number they told me was mine so... yeah big scam. When I asked for a refund they gave me no response. Theres people out there making in millions doing this but the beauty of life is God gets the last laugh.

Online Land Sales has been really professional and quick with responding to questions. I put a down payment on a lot and when I went to see the lot I just wasn't satisfied with my choice. I sent them an email expressing that it just wasn't the lot for me and that I wanted to switch lots. I got a call immediately helping me switch to my new lot. I'm grateful for the opportunity to own a piece of land and give my daughter something of value. Anyone contemplating getting land through them, I know it may seem to good to be true but take the leap and give them a try and I'd be so satisfied then you can get a refund.

First off they are definately very much a legit company. Ive done all my due diligence. Secondly their whole process was safe, fast, easy and above all painless. Just make sure to do your due diligence and read your contract carefully. Especially the Covenants section. Their staff was also very professional and polite just please note to all new comers. If it seems that they take a long time to respond don't worry about it. Most of the staff is employed remotely in ************** and there is a time difference etc...So just be patient. They will always get back to you either email, text or phone call. Thanks OLS!!! I definately recommend them to anyone and buy more property in the future.
