Literally have been going back in forth with myself about if I should purchase land with this company, read reviews etc just so nervous. So this morning I woke up and just jumped! Hoping to have a great experience. Will come back and update once the ball gets to rolling 6/2/2025 UPDATE: went to pay on my land for this month and it is saying page not found. Once I went in a different way to check on status of things it is now saying status Unfulfilled. I don’t know what going on I paid my first month went to pay this month sadly I may have been scammed.

Just bought some land today. Even if it is no good I am happy for an opportunity yknow? I work at a mc donalds people there normally can't buy anything! I'll try it out and update my review when I am done paying it off. Update: I called the county assesor as well and they could not find the parcel number they told me was mine so... yeah big scam. When I asked for a refund no response. These people are raking in millions doing this but the beauty of life is God gets the last laugh.

Online Land Sales has been really professional and quick with responding to questions. I put a down payment on a lot and when I went to see the lot I just wasn't satisfied with my choice. I sent them an email expressing that it just wasn't the lot for me and that I wanted to switch lots. I got a call immediately helping me switch to my new lot. I'm grateful for the opportunity to own a piece of land and give my daughter something of value. Anyone contemplating getting land through them I know it may seem to good to be true to put so little down and have land to call your own but take the leap and give them a try and if you are no satisfied then you can get a refund.

First off they are definately very much a legit company. Ive done all my due diligence. Secondly their whole process was safe, fast, easy and above all painless. Just make sure to do your due diligence and read your contract carefully. Especially the Covenants section. Their staff was also very professional and polite just please note to all new comers. If it seems that they take a long time to respond don't worry about it. Most of the staff is employed remotely in *************** and there is a time difference etc...So just be patient. They will always get back to you either email, text or phone call. Thanks OLS!!!!! I will definately recommend them to anyone and buy more property in the future.

I purchased 5 acres from them. It was easy to do online. All my documents are accessible online as well as a hard copy they sent. The only complaint I may have involves physical addressing. I had to request coordinates to my land after the purchase as there was no way to chart my adventure. I had asked for a street address and was given latitude/longitude coordinates. That's fine but I don't know how to get a street address. Maybe after I pay for it and the deed comes I can g to the municipality and inquire.

I researched the lots available, REVIEWED GOOGLE REVIEWS FROM PRIOR CUSTOMERS for at least a month and decided Online Land Sales was completely legit. I searched for several weeks after that before deciding on a plot that was perfect for me. The initial payment process with follow up document signing was completely painless. NO HIDDEN FEES OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD TRIGGER A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE OR PURCHASE. My hard copies are on the way and If anything should arise that will change my opinion I'll update here but I honestly don't expect that to happen.

O really highly recommend these guys if you are looking for some land to build a vacation home or a new prominent home and you want a lot of land for not a lot of money these are the people to go to they will get the job done and they are very friendly and they are always keeping you updated on your land and other land that may come available if you want extra land for horses or live stock. My boyfriend and I are very pleased with this company and intend to build on our land once we have it all paid in full so we can have a nice quite place to call home when we are ready to come off the road and just relax from being truck driver/ truck home maker. Can't wait for the day I get to build my dream home and get my horses.

I have two lots in Colorado that I’m financing through Online Land Sales. I was very nervous about going through with it at first. It seemed too good to be true. After dealing with Online Land Sales, and going to see my parcels, I feel much better. My parcels are actually nicer-looking than depicted by the online photos. So far, I am very happy with my purchases. I would much rather deal with people via email and online, so the mode of operation Online Land Sales uses works for me. That’s probably the reason I would want remote land in Colorado. Ha ha!

So far so good I just purchased land at online land sales a few days ago and so far everything thing seems great they were by far the cheapest land available with similar financing options and after matching the down payment ect you would be hard pressed to find a cheaper per acre lot anywhere in this area. during the process I had some questions and needed to make some changes when I talked to customer service they handled my issues very fast and we’re very helpful. Bottom line is I would recommend them for a land purchase

So far, it has been a good experience. Price for the land and interest on the loan is very reasonable. As soon as I made the down payment, their website took the land off their site. They were very proactive about contacting me regarding the land and answering any questions I had. I received digital copies of the land agreements right away and I should receive the paper hardcopies soon. If there are any issues, I will update accordingly. But I am a very happy customer so far.

This is one of the very few places I would give 10 stars. Every level from the choosing of my land thru the closing was professional and very informative. Every question I had was answered and a few things I forgot about asking was answered. Every person I have dealt with in their office has been exceptional. I haven't been able to see my purchase yet due to Covid 19, so I'm hoping to get to Tenn in the next 2 week's. If there's a drive onto the property as the pictures show I will literally be a happy camper. Our plans are to build a cabin in the middle of the tract for our retirement. Online Land Sales have made the entire process go with nothing hidden and no issues of any kind. If you are looking for land I only recommend them. They are the best at what they do.

I have dealt with online land sales for almost 7 yrs. I have had great service while being a customer. But due severe health problems I've had to return my land purchase to them hated having to let it go but with only a yr to live not much need for it.
