Reno, NV — Online Land Sales has announced an update to its down payment program, increasing the discounts available to buyers who choose higher down payment options.
The company’s three-tier structure remains in place, but the savings associated with the upper tiers have been significantly increased.
Previously, the Premium and Superior options offered 2.5% and 5% discounts. Those discounts have now been raised to 5% and 10%, along with matching credits of $500 and $1,000.
Updated Tier Structure
The program continues to offer three options for buyers.
Standard, $121 down
This entry-level option provides access to land ownership with no discount and no credit check, along with full access to Online Land Sales services.
Premium, $500 down
Now includes a 5% reduction in total purchase price and a $500 credit, in addition to all Standard benefits.
Superior, $1,000 down
Now includes a 10% reduction in total purchase price and a $1,000 credit, along with all Standard benefits.
Increased Value for Buyers
The updated structure provides greater financial benefit for buyers who choose to increase their initial investment.
On a $10,000 property, the Superior option can represent a meaningful reduction in total cost compared to the Standard option, while maintaining the same purchasing process.
No Changes to Core Buying Process
The company confirmed that the update does not change how customers purchase land.
Buyers continue to have access to seller financing, no credit checks, and a streamlined checkout experience, along with ongoing customer support.
