This property is also located less than 2 miles northwest of our other property Bluewater Ridge. Unlike Bluewater Ridge, this property is strictly for recreational use and is no suitable for building due to it's steep terrain. This property is dense with foliage which is located along the scenic Cumberland River that offer beautiful views of the rolling hills.
